Whether you came in for a quick rinse or a full detailing transformation, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind every service we offer with integrity, and our refund policy exists to ensure your experience is as polished as your finish. When Refunds or Corrections May Be Issued We may offer a refund, partial refund, or complimentary reservice in the following cases: The service you received was not performed as described (e.g., missed steps, skipped areas, or incorrect package delivered). There was a billing error, such as being charged for a service you did not approve or request. A detailing issue directly caused by our work, such as residue, damage from improper application, or product mishandling. A prepaid appointment was canceled by us due to weather, equipment malfunction, or other internal reasons. In such cases, please reach out to us within 24 hours of the service. We want to make it right — and fast. When Refunds Are Not Available Due to the time, labor, and materials involved in our services, we do not offer refunds in the following situations: You changed your mind after the service was completed. Your expectations did not match the scope of the package you selected (e.g., deep stain removal not included in a basic wash). There was pre-existing damage to the vehicle that was uncovered but not caused by our team. You failed to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. The vehicle condition (excessive dirt, pet hair, oxidation, etc.) required more time than estimated, and you declined the additional service. We encourage all customers to review package details and ask questions before booking to ensure full clarity. Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or credit. Cancellations under 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows for scheduled appointments will be charged in full unless rescheduled with reasonable notice. Time slots are limited — and we prep every booking with care. How to Request a Refund or Follow-Up To file a service concern or refund request: Contact our team by phone or through our website within 24 hours of your service. Provide your name, appointment time, and a clear description of the issue. Include photos if relevant (e.g., missed spots or areas of concern).
